English Language Teachers Required at China

HAPPY SPRING FESTIVAL EVERYBODY!!! OUR SCHOOL, LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL “SPRING CITY” KUNMING (ON THE BORDER WITH VIETNAM) IS LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED TEACHERS AFTER THE HOLIDAYS!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Job title: English Teacher in China (Kunming city, Yunnan province);

2.Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;

3.Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;

4.Handle class sizes from 1 on 1 to 1 on 6;

5.Five working days per week;

6.Working hours per week: 30 (22 teaching + 8 non-teaching).

BENEFITS PACKAGE:

1. Salary: 2200-3000$ per month (depending on your experience and qualifications);

2. Bonus system:

a. Contract completion bonus;

b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention and class regrouping;

c. Quarterly evaluation bonus;

d. Overtime pay.

NOTE: Living expenses in China are quite low, which allows teachers to save money and travel around Asia.

ALLOWANCE SYSTEM:

a. Housing allowance: 300$ per month (enough to rent your own apartment);

b. Reimbursement of flight ticket to China: 900$ as maximum;

c. Flight allowance: 900$ on the completion of contract.

OTHER BENEFITS:

a. Visa support: provide legal residence permit;

b. Medical & accident insurance;

c. Paid holiday: public holiday + 2 weeks paid annual leave (can be taken during the year);

d. Professional training: TEFL in China;

e. Opportunities of promotion;

g. Airport pick-up, free hotel upon arrival, team building, etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIVE TEACHERS (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, South Africa):

1. University degree (any field of study);

2. 22 to 50 years old and;

3.Love kids.

REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-NATIVE TEACHERS:

1.University degree (any field of study);

2.At least one year English teaching experience;

3.Tefl/Celta qualification;

4. 22 to 50 years old and;

5.Love kids.
